    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, @lswebs.

    To help you, we tried to replicate the issue, but everything looks to be working fine at our end. However, we can see the issue in the link you shared with us. Please be rest assured that we have reported this to our development team, and they are actively looking into it.

    To help us get a better understanding of the issue, could you please provide a screen recording of the backend setup of your navigation menu? This will assist us in replicating a similar instance. Additionally, a screenshot of the appearance > menu section would be helpful to see the structure of the menu you’ve created.

    In the meantime, we recommend flushing the permalink and clearing your website cache, as this can sometimes resolve similar issues.

    We appreciate your patience, and we will work to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Regards,

    I have already tried flushing the permalink and clearing cache. I will attach screenshots of the main menu as well as the top bar menu. If you go to the actual home page of the website (remove home-new from the link given) the menu at the top is the same as the main menu that is not working.

    Hello @lswebs,

    Thank you for the screenshots. We validated with a similar setup but couldn’t replicate the issue, and it brings us to the thought that it might be specific to your website.

    Before we move ahead, could you please check for any conflicts with other plugins using a health check plugin? This will help us determine if another plugin is causing the issue. If the conflict check shows no problems, please reach out to our support experts and include the link to this WordPress ticket. This will help my team prioritise your case and resolve it quickly.

    I look forward to your conflict report.

    Have a great day!

    I found a conflict between the UAE plugin and WP LESS plugin. When I deactivate WP LESS, the dropdown menu works. However, it totally breaks the formatting of the entire website.

    Hello @lswebs,

    Thanks for confirming the issue with the WP-LESS plugin. We notice that it is one of the paid plugins on WordPress.com, and it seems like the WP-LESS plugin hasn’t been tested with the most recent WordPress version as well.

    In this situation, I could provide a CSS to help you get out of this issue temporarily:

    You can add it in any CSS file or just navigate to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .hfe-has-submenu ul.sub-menu {
    display: block;
    }

    Also, I’d suggest you contact the WP-LESS team so that they can help you provide a fix for the conflict.

    I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions related to the UAE.

    Regards,
