Navigation Errors in MENU ( Menu Doesnt work )

Hello, need some help for this website i m building – http://www.inkubus.org/wp/

When i click on any menu item, the pages doesnt load but when i open it in a new windows the page loads fine.

Can anyone suggest me what to do, i have been trying to figure out whats wrong and have tried changing the menu items too, nothing worked.
