Navigation image width issues

Hi, in my site https://www.shippingandfreightresource.com/ there is a navigation image top left corner when you scroll down..

But that image is elongated in width when WP-Optimise plugin is active.. The image looks like this..

If I deactivate WP-Optimize, the image renders fine..

Can you pls advise how to solve this as I need WP-Optimize for the site as well..
