• I just started working on the semiologic recently so please excuse if this is a basic question.

I enabled the static plugin so that I can display the blogs as a different page. I do have another 6 pages which have no parent. I am expecting to see these pages listed in the navigator menu however, all I see is “Blog|Home”. How do I get to list all the top level pages on the navigator menu in a horizontal layout.
I also noted that removing the Blog page doesn’t change the navigator menu. This is rather strange since I thought the menu is generated based on the available pages.

    Any hints/help is highly appreciated.

    Thanks
    K Hussain

  • You need to specifically configure which items show up in the Navigation menu using Nav Menu under Presentation (if using Semiologic 4.x). In this screen you define the text that shows up on the bar as well as the page (slug) it connects to.

Semiologic now has a forum set up for support at: http://forum.semiologic.com/. Please use this forum for future posts.

Thanks Mike. How did I miss such a nice user interface right there on the dashboard? I wasted 3 hours in tweaking scripts. I feel stupid (:
