Nedd for new shot code – append

Hi!
I use a lots of CMS and often need to add som lines to a specific post(custom post type). A posti short code which could Append the content of an email to an existing post would be really nice.

Is it too challenging to program a short code like this?

It could look like this
[pappend post_ID=xxx]
of course on could add more options like position(top/end) or subtitel where the email titel could be used as subtitel(i.e. h4)for appended text.
