• It is necessary that the form has a drop-down list with a list of resource types. For example “Shared Folder” and “Application”.
    If the user selects “Shared Folder” then in the list below the available options are filled in with “Sales” and “Purchasing” (as an example).
    But if the user selects “Application” in the first list, then the second list should contain “MS CRM” and “SAP”.

    Are there such plugins? I’ve tried about 30 different form plugins. No one can do that.
