Need a new eCommerce Solution… Help!

Hello fellow WP Warriors,

I need your help.

I’m in need of a new eCommerce Solution.

In the past, I’ve tried Shopp, Cydec, and now I use WooCommerce.

Shopp and Cydec wouldn’t work for one reason or another, and now I’m deciding that WooCommerce isn’t reliable when it’s bent to my needs.

I feel that my needs are simple. They are:

#1 > I do Not need a “store”. I sell one product (a DVD), and one product only. Nobody would ever need or want two of them. Therefore, I need only a customizable checkout page, followed by a customizable “order confirmation” page.

#2 > I need control over the way users get to my checkout page. Most solutions use a simple “buy now” button. This is fine, but I need to be able to use my own, custom image- not theirs. Therefore, a simple URL that takes the user to the checkout page (with one item selected) is necessary.

#3 > I need to be able to set up some sort of tracking method for each buy button. I have many pages (over 80), and even though they all sell the same product using the same custom “buy button”, I need to be able to see which page the sale came from.

(The easiest way I can think of to accomplish this is by cloning the product itself 80 times and using a different URL for each page… or appending some sort of ?xxxxx to the end of each URL, and passing that via email, or something).

#4 > I need to be able to use this solution with PayPal Pro.

That’s it.

Cydec & Shopp had a hard time with #2, and WooCommerce has a hard time with #3 (and also seems to be reliable with sending users to the /checkout/ page instead of bypassing the /cart/ page).

I’ve invested over $250 in WooCommerce Extensions, and I’ve spent over $2,000 in paying a developer to try to make WooCommerce complete the above actions reliably, and I’m throwing in the towel.

I just want something that works. I don’t care how good it looks, because I can pay developers and designers to make it look good.

I really hope one of you can help me out! I’d be willing to …. how do you say… make it worth your while 😉
