Integrate facebook plugin

Hi all

I want a simple plugin which allows users to :

a) integrate facebook or twitter to quickly post comments on articles
b) create their own account on the site so that they can post their own articles. The account can be clicked on by other users and they will be able to see all of their contributions (comments and articles submitted)

Now, Disqus was my first option. It allows a to be done nicely.

Is there any way that if one make a disqus account to comment, they also have access to posting their own articles where other users can click on their account and see all of the articles they have posted to the site?
