    Hi.

    I just saw that you charged me also without my knowledge and I didn’t even order anything from you guys!

    The charges were dated 26 March 2024 with the name debit by Optinmonster.com – F for S$267.70! What is this?!

    I don’t know what’s going on with you guys but this is not right as per our lawyer!

    Please immediately refund the amount!

    Since you have an active subscription with us, could you please login and submit a support ticket through the your OptinMonster account dashboard when you have a chance? 

    If you are unable to do that, you can just visit https://optinmonster.com/contact-us/

    and then click on “Share Your Question” button and that should take you to the contact form. Please fill that and the team would redirect that to billing team.

    From there, our billing team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
