Hi,
First in the plugin’s settings Compatibility > WooMail – WooCommerce Email Customizer > Append verification email to the “Customer new account” email customized by the “WooMail” plugin
Enable the option.
• You need to use this shortcode in your template: [ec_woo_custom_code type=”alg_wc_ev_activation_email”]
• It’s necessary to enable Emails > Activation email > Fine tune activation email placement option and use Emails > Activation email > Email template option as Plain
• The option “Email > Send as a separate email” needs to be disabled.
Hi sir,
I can’t check this option, this option is uncheckable.
— Append verification email to the “Customer new account” email customized by the “WooMail” plugin —
it is necessary to purchase the woomail plugin?
Hi @assad19 ,
If you’re using this Woocommerce Email Customizer plugin then yes. Our compatibility option is only available on pro version.
Now, if you’re using some other email customizer plugin, like this one:
https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-email-customizer/
You could try the same suggestion, except for these details:
– The compatibility option won’t be necessary
– Instead of the shortcode suggested, you could try this one: [alg_wc_ev_email_content_placeholder]
You can read some documentation about the shortcode here
Let me know if you need more help
Did you ever get this to work? I’m having the same problem & have gotten the same answer, which is not helping.
