Need a User specific to-do form plugin

    I am making a client portal and have added some plugins for customer files, etc. But, my company has a Client Tracking Sheet (form) that I need to display. It needs to be tied to a user record and be editable as the work for the client progresses. Gravity forms does neither of those things.

    Any ideas?

    First, you will need to add a role and user management, so that you can hide/show pages to users with an specific role

    Then you can use NinjaForms to create your form, and do some sort of user validation before sending it
