Having trouble with pages

Hello,

I have some trouble making a page in WordPress, it should look like this: http://www.knokkeyachts.com/#!te-koop/cyg . (This link doesn’t work, go to the page ‘TE KOOP’) Here is the page where it should come: http://renssmit.be/knokkeyachtswp/?page_id=2. I think I can make this with posts that have a specific category like ‘boats’. Or do I need to make a new template for this one page? The owner of the website need to have the possibility to add new boats or delete boats from the page. Maybe I can find an easy plugin to do this? Thanks in advance!

P.S.: I’m making this website for the owner of the original website.
