need advice, e-learning plugin for multiple users

Hello,everyone
My team is building a networking membership-based site and I would like to enable my members to give webinars via the website. At the same time I would like them to be autonomous and be able to set up and alter the webinars independently from me (as much as possible). Is this possible with any WP plugin (the recent webinar plugin by Armand Morin does not allow this)?
