Created a ticket for our website where filter is not working as it supposed to be.
We are using a PRO version of the plugin.

We wanted to have a collapsible filter in mobile on this template page. Now what we did, for desktop, we used elemento widget to display filter and in Mobile we hide it. And on mobile we used an accordion and put shortcodes in it.

Hello @dammak13,

The filter itself does not display any product blocks. Most likely you have some kind of confusion with widgets or shortcodes on the page.

In addition, the purpose of manipulating the accordion is not clear; the filter has many options for separating the settings for its display on different types of devices.
