Need authorisation after registration

    I want people to be able to register for access to the site, but I also need admin approval before they get access.

    I have enabled the email “Your account is pending review”, but the account is still being approved automatically.

    I have also turned off the directory, but I am still getting sent to the my directory page when I register.
