Need customize site info

    Every time I go into the customize site I get this message “Can’t get GVO Theme data. Try again or check your configurations in WordPress Admin Panel” How can I fix this?

    Hello,
    This sounds like a bad install of the theme. Possible missing theme files or bad code.
    Is this a new install of this theme and possibly a new install of WordPress.

    Which theme are you using?
