Need EPP code

    Hello,
    I am trying to transfer my domain and hosting from webhost000 to ipage. The blog sites I am trying to transfer over are broadcastingbeauty.com and broadcastingbeauty.net84.net, I created the sites using WordPress.

    Now webhost000 tells me I need to contact WordPress for my EPP code to transfer my domains. WordPress forums tell me I need to access Store -> domains on my dashboard, but this doesn’t exist on my dashboard as I haven’t purchased anything from WordPress.

    I sent an email to support@wordpress requesting my EPP code but no response yet, quite frustrating since I thought webhost000 would have the EPP code for me but no and their customer service is poo.

    Any help would be appreciated

    ww.wp.xz.cn does not providing hosting for sites. Are you perhaps referring to wordpress.com? If so, I’m sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only. Please try asking your question on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

    No I have hosting with webhost000 but we put wordpress files on the server and the domain name is actually registered to Wild West Domains I think through webhost000.
    But when I called Wild West Domains they told me to contact WordPress. I posted to wordpress.com and they told me to come here.

    You would think Wild West Domains or my webhost that we registered the domain through would have this information for me but they say its wordpress i need to contact. This whole transfer is on hold because I’m going in circles

    Yeah I’ve tried that, doesn’t work.

    The domain was first retrieved through webhost000 and we didn’t register or buy the domain name through WildWestDomains directly so we have no actual account with them. I’ve tried to login with webhost000 account login info and wordpress info on WWD and still nothing.

    WWD said to me that WordPress is where my actual domain account is and that’s where I can access the EPP code..

    I do not think that ww.wp.xz.cn can register domains.
    You probably did it through the WordPress.COM, correct?
    If so, check out those links. Maybe you can find a solution.

    Yeah my domain is registered with WWD not WordPress which is confusing why they tell me I need to talk to WordPress about giving me the EPP. It’s confusing and annoying really.

    I will try to look through more on WordPress Support page seems like some people are having the same issue and getting results, I’ll probably post there.
