The dashboards within Site Kit display data from a connected Universal type Google Analytics property at present and not from a Google Analytics 4 property. While you can certainly use Site Kit to insert your GA4 property while not inserting a Universal type property if you wish, you’ll need to view your GA4 data from analytics.google.com.
You’ll find a GitHub issue in relation to full GA4 support below, an issue on the Site Kit repository. Once this is complete you’ll be able to view your GA4 data within the Site Kit dashboards:

And collect the data in GA4 from Sitekit, will it be possible?
@javier-lorente Good question. If you have both a Universal Type (UA-***) property snippet and also a GA4 snippet placed by Site Kit then yes, data will be collected for both. You’ll be able to view the Universal Type Analytics data using the Site Kit Analytics dashboards. For your GA4 data you’ll need to use the dashboards and reports over on the Analytics platform (analytics.google.com).
Once GA4 is more common it will be possible to view your GA4 data within Site Kit. You can keep watch of the below GitHub issue in relation to further GA4 support:

I would like not to have to place any fragment by touching code, simply with the mouse and authorizations, without copying or pasting anything, is that possible? I’ve been waiting for that update for months.

Beginning with version 1.45, released on November 8, 2021, any user who has connected Analytics in Site Kit can now create a new GA4 property or connect an existing property via Site Kit Settings.

That is correct! Many thanks for pointing this out, which may be useful for other users who land on this support topic. Users will no longer have to disconnect the Analytics module and connect once more to setup a GA4 property – if they had a Universal Type Analytics setup and connected previously, before the plugin inserted a GA4 property.
