NEED HELP!

    I uploaded this guys <a href="http://www.graemeboy.com/how-to-hide-that-you-use-wordpress/"> plugin, and now I am unable to access anything on my wp-admin page or even my site for that matter. Is there anything I can do to reverse the problem? Heres a photo of the error.
