Like I said you it’s not a Polylang issue but an incorrect usage of the function wp_nav_menu by your theme. If your theme author don’t use correctly this function, your 2nd language menu doesn’t display.
If your theme author don’t want correct that, either you switche on another theme or you improve your current theme by coding.
Just a reminder on this forum it’s forbidden to offer money for support.

The theme developers have so far not helped, hence the request for your help in getting this up and running as you are obviously familiar with the issue at hand.
We have no other way of contacting you except through here, so we asked here if you were willing to assist in fixing the issue and to compensate you for the time in doing so, but if that’s an issue, no problem.
