Need Help

hello and Namaste
i have been using this plugin since the time my web site was made
but my designer just installed this plugin with basic setup and ran the optimization may be once
could you please let me know how to to configure it coz i have broken my site multiple times as im a newbee and have very less idea about tech stuff
i really want to configure the setting and then put it on time schedule mode
please help or do send me a link if it explains all about each setting
