    Hi everyone. I need some help adding affiliate code to a submission success page containing forms unique ID. I have used custom contact forms to create the form. I now need to find a way an add affiliates code to the success submsion page while containing the form’s unique ID. Sorry for my english. Thanks in advance for your help.
