Need help, BB deleted all content blocks

    Using the updated version of BB w/ tesseract 2 theme. When I tried to save the edit for a contact block it gave me an error message. Something along the lines of having and invalid line. So i tried to refresh to the site to see an update and my whole site is completely empty. All content has been wiped. Please help me resolve this issue.. rotatingrecords.com

    Hi rotatingrecords,

    Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about the issues.

    What you’re reporting doesn’t sound typical, so it could be that there is a plugin or theme conflict. Have you tried testing BB with all plugins disabled? If that fixes the problem, reactivate them one by one to see which on is causing the issue.

    If you find a conflict, let us know and we can look into it. Otherwise, feel free to shoot us a temporary admin login to test. You can send that to themes [at] fastlinemedia [dot] com.
