need help for custom css

Hi and thank you very much for your plugin.
I need to custom it. So i created a “csskerplouz.css” than i’ve put in
“/www/site/wp-content/themes/itheme2/css/wp-posts-carousel”.

There is no changement when i modify the file “csskerplouz.css”.
