Need help – Huge error.

I deleted the files for wp-cache because it was messing things up, and then this happened:

Could anyone tell me what I specifically need to change in my wp-config or wp-settings to get it working again? I have tried taking out the obvious things that refer to wp-cache with no avail. As of now the files are the way they were when wp-cache was installed and working.
