Try to deactivate all the plugins and restore the default theme… and see what’s happened
I have deleted plugins through ftp but still having the issue.
Make sure to download your theme, then delete it from your FTP so the site defaults to one of the other themes. You’ve got to make sure your theme isn’t causing the problem either.
now how can i restore default theme can my data resides or not?
All your data is stored in your database. You will lose nothing when you deactivate plugins and changing themes.
Deactivate all plugins and switch over to the default theme.
