This should be possible by creating two services (for your locations) and if you need to have only one effective working place on each location you can use Capacity option and set it to 1 which will prevent booking on the same service (location) with multiple providers. Many thanks for quick reply. Let me share my complete requirements.
Our school is organizing one-on-one parents meeting with two of our school representative. Parents can have option to select one of our two representatives as well as can select their desired location from two locations(drop-down).
Also at the same time there may be meeting on two locations as we have two providers.
So can please guide how to configure the plugin so that it will meet our requirements.

As I mentioned above, the only thing out of ordinary that you need to set up is Capacity option which you will set to 1 so you prevent booking the same location at the same time with both providers.
Aside from that there is no need for use of shortcodes, you can create make an appointment page that will have shortcodes from settings page in Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Display Settings -> Create an Appointment Page by checking the checkbox and saving changes after, http://screencast.com/t/SPfCwm7X.
You’ll also need to create two services for your two locations and two service providers for your representatives.
All other options are matter of preference (working hours, payments, notifications..).
