Hi @abdullahmza,
Are you checking the prices for a single item or multiple items?
The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually. As a result the prices are high.
The premium version has additional features like box packing, and weight based packing also. In addition, it also has label generation feature, and other other value added services. Hence for multiple items, you can have the pricing accordingly.
Can you please check and let us know about this?
Yeah, but the problem is that the site I’m working is UK based, and if I’m buying something, also from UK, weight less than 1 kg and dimensions 30 cm all, height, width and length, still the costs are:
Saver (UPS): £63.94
Worldwide Express Plus (UPS): £106.72
Standard (UPS): £33.23
Worldwide Express (UPS): £66.67Within UK, it must be less around £5.
I,ve set the origin as UK as well.
Hi @abdullahmza,
No problem. I will check it out.
Can you please provide us the exact “Ship From” and “Ship To” addresses so that we can find out the rates and replicate the scenario and help you?Ship From: 34 New House 67-68 Hatton Garden London EC1N 8JY, United Kingdom
Ship To: 35 New House 67-68 Hatton Garden London EC1N 8JY, United KingdomI’ve kept the destination near for simplicity.

Hi @abdullahmza,
We have approached UPS on this.
We are also getting the same high rates from the API. As soon as they reply, we will get back to you on this.
Ok thanks, I’ll wait.
Hi @abdullahmza,
Yes. As soon as we are able to get a reply from UPS, we will get back.
Ok bruh.
Hi Abdullah,
UPS has responded with an answer on this. Kindly find the attached answer :

Dear AnindoThe rates are not matching since they are using different Rate Charts. This is identified by adding the RateChartIndicator under the RateInformation container.
The rates request is using the Rates chart while UPS.com is using General List Rates chart. This is because the account number is not being provided on UPS.com, though it would provided Negotiated Rates if it is provided.
If you wish to have the Rating API return General List Rates, please refer to the Rating XML Developer Guide on how to get General List Rates to be returned.
Please contact us if you need any additional assistance.

Hence, we confirm that if you use a proper account in the settings page, the rates will match. Also if you have negotiated rates enabled for the account, then just enable the option and then the rates should be fine.Hi, I actually am using a proper UPS account.
Where is the “RateChartIndicator under the RateInformation container” in your plugin?Hi @abdullahmza,
We are checking this.
Our team has provides the account number in “Shipper Number” node. I think there is a confusion with UPS on the same. I can also involve you in the conversation if you want. You can send an email to ando at xadapter.com. So that I can get your email and keep you in the loop.Nope, couldn’t find that. Yeah, that would be nice, thanks, sending my email to ando.
Umm, what’s ando’s email?
Here is the email.
