need help with Cookie error message

    I logged in yesterday to get this message:
    I need to finish my website for a school assignment and cannot log in

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    Can someone help me? I not familiar writing code.
