Need Help with custom widget area plugin

I am using this plugin http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/custom-widget-area/

My plan is to align the logo to the right and then have a 2 rotating ad widget in the header . Id like every widget to sit next to each other not under each other and to move black dot that shows overt top of it . can anyone help me with this .
