Need Help with Login Issue please

Hi There, I have been reading the how to fix page on your website for my error “Sorry your request cannot be accepted” on my wordpress login screen but im confused on Step 4, finding a blocking reason can you please tell me what this blocking reason is please and which step i should do to fix it, i did the tick and untick zero day but it still gives me that error when i try and log in again and this is my post data info and i dont know what it is for.
please help 🙂

Oh also my result is FAILED – but this happens since day one showing failed as i use email link for my login password setting

If you can’t login, please try “What should I do when I’m locked out?” at first.
$_POST data log,pwd,wp-submit,interim-login,testcookie“interim-login” might be set when your login session was expired.
And once you can login, then please check your “Logs” tab and the “Result” column on your login, and let me know it.

Thanks for that, I can still login it will send me my login link anyway but it wont remove the error so do i just need to continue it as is and ignore the error each login time?

OK, then please uncheck “Prevent Zero-day Exploit” at “Admin area”. It would block the access by an external link.
I have unchecked Prevent Zero Day Exploit, saved, cleared cache, logged out, cleared browser history and re tried to log in – the same error comes up when i enter my username (but i still get my login link)
Thats when ive tried it in Chrome, IE, Edge and on my cellphone browser

Would you check the “Logs” tab of this plugin after you login by configuring “What should I do when I’m locked out?” and check the “Result” column on your login attempts.
The descriptions of “Result” column which show the reason of blocking in “Record settings and logs“.
If you can find it as “failed”, then your login failed too much. It would be caused by invalid username or password as normal login process in WordPress. In this case, please try “Clear all” at “Clear cache” in “Statistics in cache” section on “Statistics” tab.

When your login attempts were too much, then you might not be able to see the login page.
Anyway, please find the blocking reason as I showed in the previous thread.

Thanks.Hi There, Ok no worries it is still doing the same thing, it has always shown as Failed since i chose to use the link to my email as a way to login instead of entering a password, even when ive just sent the link once it has always shown as failed it was the temp cookie section that is new now each time i login according to the info given in the IP Geo Block settings. I think it looks like ill have to live with this error screen now as nothing seems to make it go away but thanks for your help anyway 🙂

In this case, please follow the link “Dashboard” and refresh the page.

Are your using some plugin to achieve it? In generally, this would be the case of “malicious email and link” which contaminate your site or steal your password.
In this case, I hope I can help you if you tell me the plugin you adopt.

The error i am seeing is the picture you posted with the hyperlink “Back” NOT the dashboard hyperlink.
The plugin i have always used with your plugin is Loginizer and i use their passwordless option where it sends a 1 time log in link to my email to prevent unauthorised access it is only since i last updated IP geo block that I get this login error now so i didnt realise the 2 would start clashing now

Thank you for clarifying the type of picture on blocking.
Unfortunately, the functionality of “PasswordLess Login” is pro feature so that I can’t test it by myself.
But your point is:

So I’ll keep investigate some possible cause by differences between the previous version and current version.
By the way, I’d like to confirm the exact version number which you mentioned “PasswordLess Login” worked well.

No worries at all and which version of IP Geo Block or Loginizer?
If IP Geo Block it was the one before version 3.0.10.3 – so im not sure which one that was, this is only the first time IP and Loginizer has clashed.
I use the free loginizer not on premium but when i first signed up to them i think i got a free premium trial i cant quite remember as its been over a year now but i still get to use the Passwordless Login
If it cant be fixed thats ok its no trouble now as I am still able to login its just the error that pops up now when i put in my username 🙂
