Need help with multiple categories import

Hello dears!
I am facing the problems with importing into Woocommerce the large amount of products that are defined for multiple categories, ie. I see the categories in the system after importing but the product is chained only to one category. If I merge (using scv import suite) the same product into another (“second”) category it’s sku is being deleted from “first” category and I see it only in the “second” category. Entering the pipe sign “|” to separate multiple categories can not help in this case due to large amount of products and large amount of multiple categories.
