need help with plugin recommendations

Hi

Im setting up a site and not too sure which plug ins to use for each function.

I think I know some of the plugins to use – I have added them there but if you have better recommendation I would appreciate it.

If anyone has recommendations it would be great.

The functions I need to do are:
I need a shopping cart for people to sign up to the service. I figure woocommerce?

I need to be able to give each client a clint area so I can upload files for them only like invoices etc – plugin unknown?

I need a form for the site that emails the contents to me formated how I like. If I can get them sent to me in pdf (already formatted) that would be great. – plugin unknown.

I need a support area for my clients to contact me if needed. Should be simple but need recommendations of better ones.

All of these features have to be responsive as they are going on mobile pages as well.

If anyone can help with recommendations I would appreciate it.
