Need Help with Tools Menu

I am fairly new to WordPress and am trying to verify a social media site, via a meta tag. On the WordPress support page it tells me to ‘Open the Tools –> Available Tools Page and paste the string’. HOWEVER, when I am logged into my WordPress dashboard and select the Tools tab, there is NO ‘Available Tools’? Am i missing something or perhaps have limited access? Please help! Thanks
