Hello!

I use WooCommerce Subscriptions to implement subscriptions: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/
I also use Stripe for payments: https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/
For some reason I see new orders only in Payments in Stripe dashboard: https://prnt.sc/uqm1a2
I also need to see them in Customers-Subscriptions: https://prnt.sc/uqm2hq or at least date for the next payment.

Is this possible? How can I do it?

Hi there,

Have a look at the Stripe documentation’s section about Webhooks, and make sure you’ve configured your account accordingly:

WooCommerce Subscriptions is premium extension, so you can get support for it by logging into you WooCommerce.com account, and then following this link:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

Select WooCommerce Subscriptions from the I need help with list and add the details of your enquiry there.
