Need https in print url

    I really like this plugin but wanted to make a suggestion:

    It would be great if the option to use https: could be added to this plugin…or, better yet, If the plugin could read the https from the source page or post and be using it in the print URL.

    For the moment, I’m handling this by adding ” $print_link = str_replace(‘http:’, ‘https:’, $print_link); ” to the wp-print.php file directly under ” unset($print_options);”
