Hi @catmaniax,
Thanks for your message.
There is a notification in the latest version of the plugin called ‘Lost Password – For Admin’ which should help with one of your requests.
As for a notification to the admin when a user changes their email address, I’ll see if this is possible and look to add it to the roadmap.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
Jack
Thanks for the reply.
Isn’t the ‘Lost Password – For Admin’ for if only admin forgets his password?
I tested it out as a user and it did not send any email to me (admin).
I’m using Ultimate Member so maybe that’s because it’s not working?
Hi @catmaniax,
Not quite, although I do see how this label can be confusing so I’ll look to update in a future version of the plugin.
The ‘Lost Password – For Admin’ notification is for when a user uses the lost password function within WordPress and can inform the admin of this.
It’s possible that Ultimate Member is conflicting so if it’s possible, please test without this and see if normal behaviour is resumed.
Additionally, if you need help with understanding any notification, you can read more about them on this documentation page.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Jack
Thanks, I will test it out and let you know.
Any chance BNFW to be compatible with Ultimate Member (since it’s so popular) in general in the future?

Hi @catmaniax,
It’s on my list to look at and would love to support it if possible along with other membership plugins such as Restrict Content Pro. As with all plugins, it just relies on the author coding it using WordPress standards.
Watch this space!
Thanks,
Jack
Hi @catmaniax,
Just letting you know that I’ve investigated and unfortunately, there’s no way of creating a notification for when a user changes their email address that can be sent to the admin. There’s just no hooks available to do this. At present, the only notification I can send in this situation is to the user when they change their email address.
Thanks,
Jack
Ok, I see.
Thanks for letting me know. 🙂
