need plugin for creation links

    Hi All,
    Tell, me please some good plugin for creation of links at social sites ( like facebook, linkedin… )
    I need :
    1) Editor of social sites (adding with image, deleting…).
    2) In admin in editor of any articles to enter links to any site.
    3) To show pictures in line on frontend on any article. html-design of this line can be set.

    Compatible with last stable WordPress (Version 3.7.1 )
