Need read more link/button only

Hello,

I need the read more link/button to be under the bit of text but when I added in content=”yes” it showed the link and more text and I don’t want this.

This is the current short-code I am using for the all news tab,

Any help in finding a way to show the read more link without any other text is appreciated
