Need results based on two fields

    I have 2 fields 1 is zip code and other one is state. When i enter a zip code in zip code field and state name in state field then i need the result like All locations from that state including the zip code location. Right now i am getting only location with zip code match. How can i do that?

    I added it already but it’s not working. Let me explain what I need. I have a form with two fields. First is Zip code and second one is state. I have locations where one state has multiple zip codes. So when I enter the zip code in the zip code field and the state name in the state field then I get only one result which has the zip code. I need all locations with the zip code I entered also the locations with states. e.g I have a state with the name “WA” and it has multiple zip codes like 98036, 98005, 99216, and 98663. Now if I search 98663 then need 4 results but I am getting only one result.
