Need Similar, But Different, Functionality

Hi,

I found this plugin while searching for one that does a similar function: I want a plugin that can find short URLs in posts (ideally, having an admin function to add custom shortened domains to look for) and expand the target URL of the link to the full address.

So… if I put a bit.ly link in a post (regardless of what the visible text of the link says), expand the href of the link to the target of the bitly link.

Thoughts?
