Need Simple Weekly Class Schedule

Need to post very simple weekly class schedule for a gym.

Must be able to see the schedule as an image and also be able to print it.

We want to list morning classes and evening classes but eliminate the middle of the day (no classes then) to save space so it can print on one page.

Must be able to have it easy for client to make schedule changes themselves with just a few clicks.

Looked at tons of plug ins, but none seem simple enough or able to do all we want. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.
