Need some custom functionalities

Hello! I am interested in wp travel plugin and I want to buy pro version.

but as part of my project, I need the following features:

1. create and manage guides with the possibility of linking many trips to a guide.
2. Display the list of guides on a page with a short code.
3. Register a guide with (name, adresse, website link, image, description, video, and custom fields)
3. Add a custom payment method (for example I’m in Benin)

So I want to discuss with you, to know how you can help do this.
