We do not have a direct booking system but we have HTML custom fields so you can let owners enter 3rd party booking code there so they can still be booked direct on the site.
The Near search input can be used with a location or post/zip code to order listings from that location.
If you have our paid addons such as search manager and locations manager users can use their current location and you can set to redirect them on first site load to show listings nearest to them.
