Please suggest would it be possible to import the data via xml. We have an XML of rooms,types etc. plz suggest we are looking to buy pro version.

You could probably sort that with wp all import perhaps. Its pretty good at picking up custom taxonomies and will certainly work with woo if you went that route. Its not free but its one of the few wickedly powerful plugins most devs. should keep around.
