Caution the page in link is very image heavy and will make slow connections hurt.

What I need is so basic I thought the built-in gallery feature would do it, but it doesn’t.

Basically I need a slideshow that is user controlled, shows the first image in the slideshow until the user hits next, and has a single caption for the entire slide show.

And I need the ability to have 33 different slide-shows on the same page, so the initial slide should probably just be reserved space that says “start” which then uses JS to load first image. That way initial page load is fast and the images load when the user wants to see the slides in the particular slide show.

Yes 33 is a lot of for one page and ordinarily too many, but see the page to see why it is necessary.

I did try searching for plugins but all the plugins focus on talking about the fancy features that I really don’t want (I just want KISS) – I just want a basic slideshow that should (in my opinion) already be what happens when you click the button to add an image gallery.

Any suggestions preferably with a use demo?
