Needing help with blog navigation

Hi I am needing some major help for my blog can not figure this out for the life of me.

Im trying to figure out how can I get my “main home page blog navigation” to go to the secound page when I click it for some reason it is not going to the secound page.

If someone can help me out that would be beyound appreciated.
