Needs a rethink: reset button, styling integration
-
Forminator form needs to include the reset form feature. I can’t find a way to reset radio buttons. Users will complain for a standard reset button, or they will not submit the form nor get in contact; any of those variants are far from ideal. Further, the object containers have some useful features. I think in building it from the ground up, rather than using wider integration, it means now it needs major work to integrate (or wider “interoperability”). By integration I mean primarily styling. I know we can use css: that is applied to the whole object, sometimes the label and the field (value). I can get bold using “<b>”. Yes, I know about using theme styles and forminator styles. At finer level it is not possible.
Integration also means things like php code. I got as far as displaying a reset button in the editing box, but the front end does not display it, it’s blank, it ignores it. It seems the intrepreter engine is not html- or web-friendly.
From a bit of searching, the request for the reset button is in the works somewhere.
