“Needs Admin Permission” bug

    On my user’s/customer’s account page when I click on refund for a particular order, a refund form opens up on this link example.com/refund-request-form/?order_id=73103&wps_rma_nonce=7caadb3d60 with the details of that order and some extra fields that I enabled in the setting. When I fill up all the necessary fields and click on submit the on screen loader just keeps on spinning. When I looked into the network tab I am getting this response with this payload

    And If I do the same process with a user that has admin role then everything works as expected
