Hi there, @seamusberkeley,
Thanks for your honest feedback, even though we’re sorry to see the negative rating 🙁
It sounds like you’re specifically referring to the Jetpack app, is that right? If so, we’ll be happy to issue an official report highlighting your finding, so our product team can check it.
If you could confirm whether you’re referring to the app and/or the desktop navigation, we’ll be able to take action. Thanks!
Hello Stef,
Thanks for writing!
No, was talking about desktop access and will repeat that the interface for JetPack pages there is horrible.
After logging in, presentations show limited number of sites and suggests to Search for hidden ones. Why? Totally bizarre that it just doesn’t list all the sites or have a choice to view more.

After selecting one of those sites, load time is long. More important though once on the selected site, there is no logout out choice! Why? Another totally bizarre design.

Perhaps even more frustrating is that there is no access to select or switch to other accounts. I manage other JetPack accounts. That there is no way to switch or even log out, then log back in to another account is absolutely terrible design.
This inability to switch accounts is further complicated when working within the admin of a WordPress site: if logged in to the site with one JetPack account there is no way to easily switch to the correct connected account. It requires logging out of admin, then logging back in with the credentials for the associated JetPack account. This process really ought to be smoother by allowing log in/log out for the JetPack account on the JetPack pages and also within WordPress admin pages.
Perhaps I’m missing the easy way to do this that already exists?
If desktop access is not part of your work, perhaps you could forward this on to someone who works in that area?
Very interested to hear your feedback.
Please enjoy your day!

Hi agan, @seamusberkeley!
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this detailed feedback.
We hear you, managing multiple sites and accounts through the Jetpack Cloud dashboard isn’t always as smooth as it could be, especially when you’re working across different logins. Your feedback highlights some key areas for improvement, and we really appreciate how clearly you explained everything.
Just a small note: if you ever need to log out, you can do that by clicking your profile picture in the top left, the option is there, though we agree it’s not very obvious. I’ve passed that along with the rest of your feedback to our product team.
Since it sounds like you’re managing multiple sites and accounts, I also wanted to mention Automattic for Agencies. It’s a program built specifically for professionals managing many sites — offering centralized billing, bulk discounts, priority support, and tools to monitor and manage multiple WordPress installs more efficiently. Might be worth a look if that fits your workflow.
That said, since this is a plugin review space and not a support forum, we’re limited in how much we can continue the conversation here.
If you’d like to keep the conversation going or get updates as improvements roll out, feel free to reach out via this contact form. Please add a link to this thread if reaching out there.
Thanks again! Wishing you all the best with your sites!

Hi @seamusberkeley,
Quick note on the Automattic for Agencies suggestion — I only brought that up in case you’re working as a developer or agency managing client sites. The program is designed for professionals in that kind of setup, but I realize it may not be the right fit in every case.
As mentioned above, feel free to reach out via email if you’d like to continue the conversation.
Best regards,
Alin
